Avstarna’s Reports and Analytics section brings your operational data into one place so you can spot trends, answer customer questions, and manage stock with confidence. Whether you need a high-level revenue overview or a detailed log of every inventory movement, the tools are built to give you the right information at the right level of detail.

Analytics Dashboard

Navigate to Admin → Analytics to access the live analytics dashboard. The dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your business performance:
  • Revenue chart — a line chart showing your revenue over time, so you can see peaks, troughs, and growth trends at a glance
  • Net sales — the total value of sales after taxes
  • Taxes — the tax component of your sales in the selected period
  • Total sales — gross sales volume across all orders in the selected period
The analytics dashboard shows data month-to-date by default. Use it for your regular business review to quickly understand how the current period is tracking.

Reports

Navigate to Admin → Reports to access the full suite of reports. Each report type is designed to answer a specific operational question.

Customer Reports

The customer report gives you a breakdown of order history and total spending per customer. Use it to:
  • Identify your highest-value accounts
  • Review purchasing patterns for a specific customer before a sales call
  • Resolve disputes by pulling the exact order history for a customer

Finance Reports

Finance-related reporting is available within the Reports section. From here you can access invoices, credit notes, financial mutations, and invoice settings. For full invoicing and transaction detail, see the Finance & Invoicing page.
